Hi,
In visual administrator, when trying to trigger SLD Data Transfer. It is giving the follwing error.
Operation Failed. Failed to collect SLD Data.
Software caused Connection abort.socket write error.
Any idea how to resolve this.
Thanks,
Eureka.
Hello-
What SP are you on?
Also, do you have the Data Supplier Bridge started in the SLD?
Settings in SLD administration
- Log into the SLD
- Choose Administration and then Server Settings
- Enter an object server and choose Set
- Go back to Administration and choose Start
- Click on Data Supplier Bridge and press Start
Hope this helps,
Marty

Hi Marty,
Firstly, Thanks a lot for the response.
Currently i am working with CRM 5.0 and SP is 04.
First 4 points mentioned below are already done in the system. But we were not able to identify Data Supplier Bridge in SLD. Again we tried with SLD Data transfer option in Visual Administrator and encountered the same problem.
Hi,
On the SAP System Landscape Directory screen, choose Administration-> Data Supplier Bridge.
In the Server field, enter the name of the gateway server (host) and in the Service field, enter the name of the gateway service. Then click 'Set'.
For making multiple SLD servers to get data from the same data supplier bridge, select 'New Target'. Supply the URL, the user name, the password and namespace. Save and restart the data supplier bridge.
Then try with the SLD Data Transfer in VA.
