Cost planning for a project using T-Code CJR2

Hi,

Usually we are doing cost planning for a project using T-Code CJ40. We can upload cost planning through Excel sheet using T-Code CJR2.Now My question is,

1. Before doing this cost planning using CJR2, What are all the Pre-Configuration we have to do?

2. How to make a Excel Template for the same?
