Transport Connection

Hi SDN,

We just transferred a couple of roles to the QA box. Can users be transported using CTS or Transport Connection?

Please note that we created those users for specific roles regarding query design and view.

Please advise how.

Users can't be transported using transport connection (Users are master data, can't be transported). If you are going to distribute user's often across systems, you can check CUA (central user administration) component in BASIS. Else, you need to create these on QA (you can have ABAP program that does download from system1 and upload to system2 using BDC/BAPI or similar).
