Problem with "'" in sap ECC6

Hi,

I got an error message after the upgrade to ECC 6

The message is the following :

In Release 4.0, the special character "'" - as here in the name "'TEXT_FIELD'" - is no longer allowed.

How declare a text field?

Does anybody have this message.

Do you know how solve it
