How to find current records pulled by an extractor

Hi SDNers,

How do i know the details of records that are pulled by an extractor for BW today in R3. ?( we have RSA3 to check whether the extractor works or not..but how do we know what records the extractor has recently pulled for BW?)

Thanks

    Dear Dave,

    You came closer 😊

In RSA3 after you get the number of records , you have the option to see the contents of the records well. Click the "Display Items" in the same screen below. The icon will be like a "set of books". Clicking this gives the set of records with datapacket arrangement. double click any row, this will display the records in that data packet.

In case of delta load, check in RSA7.

This will give you the actual records.

    Thanks,

    Raj

      Hi Dave

Yes. Those records are from source system. You can find records from source system in PSA also. RSA1-> PSA-> here locate your extractor and request for today will be topmost one -> click on edit PSA -> you will get the records from source system in today's request.

      Regards

      Pradip

    Hi,

If your extraction is delta then you can check for transaction RSA7 where you will be able to find data which is not pulled and one which was last pulled which in bw we call it has delta repeatation.

    Hope this helps!!!
