PBIM Table is not populated with all of the Materials needed for Forecastin

Hi,

Every time PBIM table is getting uploaded and after 2 -3 days the PBIM table entrries erased somehow.I am facing this peculier problem.

In order for a product to be forecasted using the forecast upload interface, the material must be entered into the PBIM table. During cutover, the table was populated with apprx. 1500 materials. Through an unknown reason, it was somehow erased. A trace was then put on it. It was then reloaded with the 1500 materials. It now only contains 490 materials. How are the entries in the table being erased? Products in the forecast spreadsheets are not getting forecasts loaded because this tabel continues to change.

Could any body help me out in this

Many thanks in advance,

Best regards,

B singh.

PBIM is material requirements table. Once the requirement is fulfilled by placing an order the data in it will be erased.

    Hi Binod,

    Welcome to SDN.

It could be there is MRP job running which will make adjustment the planned independent requirements in table PBIM. Also potentially someone runs transaction MD74 to adjust requirements or transaction MD75 to reorganize schedule lines.

But you could check table PBHI (Independent Requirements History) to see history changes.

    Hope this will help.
