In House Service Consumption (manual task) BYD Query

Hello Experts,

In Byd, we have In house & On site servicing scenario,

In 'In House scenario' products are claimed directly from stores by releasing Service Order for execution, there is no manual task for store manager to allow this stock handover.

Adding internal task may solve the problem.... can anyone look in this please...

This might be already answered (as its a must requirement for many other customers i think)
