FILE to JDBC Adapter

Hello, everyone,

I am going through the scenario "FILE to JDBC Adapter using SAP XI3.0" provided by Anirban Ghatak.

One step I don't understand. In step 4, it says '...the action field is hard coded with "insert" value under CONSTANT function'. Is there anybody can tell how I can do this step? Thanks in advance!
