Mapping diff SAP sys in EP

Hi all,

Can somebody let me know the steps that are involved in mapping diff SAP sys in EP?

And how to go abt the creating roles on a fresh box? i mean what would be the strategy?

Any help or Documentation would be helpful and fully rewarded.
