    Ganesh,

Please check BSID for open invoices and BSAD for cleared invoices. BSEG is not a good table for performance and it is a cluster of many customer and vendor invoice tables.

      Buddy,

Looks like you searched for a field by name RDIFF. Is that right?

Please go to SE11 and search tables BSID/BSAD for any field with DIF in it. There are a few and I am sure one will carry the value you are looking for.

For the reasons mentioned in my first post, the field names may not be the same.
