I'm due to undertake an Internal Audit review of our new back-office SAP solution. Anyone any suggestions as to how I move forward, scope etc would be very much appreciated.

To start off with I'm struggling for various reasons to find anyone in the organisation who can give me a complete picture of all interfaces (in/outbound and manual/automatic), is there a way that I can get this information out of SAP?
