Re initialisation - steps required

Hi ,

I have a delta load going on for CO PA but if any ne aligmnents are done on the R/3 side then the delta fails and a re init has to be done.

Can any one please send the correct steps to perform this re initialisation?

Thanks

    Hi,

    For Re-Initialization.

1.Delete the initialization request from the co-pa infoprovider which actually will stop filling in the delta queue in the source system.

2.Delete the data from the infoprovider using context menu on infoprovider -> delete data.

    3. Replicate the data source with changes in bw.

4.Schedule the infopack setting with radio button set as initialize delta under update tab.

    Hope this helps!!!

      Hi Vishu,

Since COPA is generic extractor like FI-GL and works based on time stamp so no need to have down time for initialsization.

As well, after the replication, you have to adjust all AWB objects (transfer structure, update rule, cube) to impact the new changes done in R/3.

      Hope, it helps.
