SBWP ALV grid layout settings

<b>Case:</b> <u>Add one value OR option in the layout setting->change layout box in ALV grid.</u>

In SAP business workplace(Tcode SBWP) Menu path Inbox->Activities when we select this a ALV grid displays, here on the ALV grid when i click the layout settings button->change_layout then one box opens contains number of values in two columns(like transaction number , transaction type etc) for layout but one value is missing that i have to add that is employee_responsible.

So can any body plz suggest the way or help me out to achieve this.
