Cronacle Time Window for Even Tuesdays of the year

I wanted to know how to build a time window that is open on even Tuesdays of the year. Can anyone please help me on this.

Here's a simple solution that only uses one Time Window:

Create a Time Window with 15 elements. Each element should be open from January to December, and on one specific even day of the month (one for the 2nd to the 2nd, one for the 4th to the 4th, etc).

On the first tab, set "Enable During Time Window" to "System_Week_Tuesday".

This will create an opening on every even Tuesday.
