Extraction problem

Hello all,

I have the following situation:

In CRM system I have a DataSource DS1 and if I go on rsa3 to do an extraction check I receive data.

In BW I have an InfoSource connected to DS1 and when I start the laod I receve 0 records ( no data available) and the request become green or in other case it remains yellow and does nothing with no message.

The source system is corectly connected, the transfer rules are active and they have no rutine inside, I replicated the datasource in BW, the delta update is enabled for datasource.

I have done delta upload, full upload and still no data. I have no data selection.

Can you give me a hint? Where could be the problem?

Hi ramona

can you give me the data source name.

First of all you need to activate the BW metadata adapter in SBIW in CRM. Then you have to copy the data source from the CRM system. Now replicate the data sources in BW, then it should work.

0CRM_SALES_ACT_1

0CRM_SALES_ACT_I

0CRM_OPPT_H

For these 3 DS is not working, but I have another one and the extraction is working.

Eventhough its silly..but just check whether you have any selections in your Infopackage...

I don't have any selection.

I tried with selection too.. but also when I check extraction I tried with same selection.. and I received data but in BW.. 0

How can I activate the delta upload and initial upload for a datasource? could this be the problem of not receiving any data in BW?

Hi Thomas,

For me, the problem was authorization, after i provided SAP_ALL for my ALEREMOTE in source system, it worked.

There is a note available for the specific objects to include as well.

Hi,

I am having the same problem with data source: 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 ,0CRM_LEAD_H and 0CRM_OPPT_H.

I add 'SAP_ALL' to the profile of the rfc user, but it is not useable. Whould you please show me the whold profile of the rfc user?

Hi all,

We also had the same problem and after doing a delta load - I actually changed a date on an activity, I was able to extract the delta.

Then what we did is actually go into RSA7 and delete the queue. After that we did a re-init and it worked okay.
