workflow attachment

hi all,

I have created a Workflow and i want to

1. Display some information read from table(via previous task) in a user decision task in the form of attachment. So that the user can click on the link to read the information.

2. Secondly at the same time want to get the comments at runtime from the Workflow task and put it information in a Ztable(ztable can be updated by successive task but which contents to use for it).

If anyone has worked on these issues.. please answer.
