ESS - ITS - Portal - EP Question

Hi,

We are using Business package for ESS, ITS, EP and ECC50 R/3.

Users would like to access benefit plan data (plan description, it is in MS-Word file) through url(s) in portal, how to do this? Can you please give me some steps in R/3, ESS as well in portal.

I am not clear with the Question. Do u have a MS-word doc which you need to put on portal ?

MS-Word file is maintaining Benefit plan(s) related data so user need to see that information when he click on url in portal.

Is this clear? Can you please tell me steps?
