I am trying to select file as my destination type and it is leading to short dump. Not only file but every destination is leading to the same result.

Hello Pradeep, I get a dump when creating the HUB, i presume the support pack 10 is not available, did u just implement the instructions.

Well yes

goto SNOTE>(on top menu)download SAP note>enter the OSS note number and wait for the processing to be complete.

Once done you can select the 3rd button "Set Processing status" to complete manually if needed.
