Screen Painter error

Hi all,

I have installed:

- The client for SAP Business One 2005 A (6.80.317) SP:01 PL:04

- SAP Business One UI API 6.80.317

- Screen Painter 680121

When I run screen painter I can see screen painter's menu, but when

I try any option the screen painter don´t work (like I haven't push on the button).

I don´t get error messages.

I would really appreciate your help,

Hi, Angel

I had the same problem once. You should check that the Screen Painter is the same version as the SBO. Both have an id number.

You can find the version number for Screen Painter at

Administration->Add-On Manager

and the version number of SBO you can find it at Administration->ChangeCompany and there see the database version.(both in main menu of SBO). If the ids are different then you must install a Screen Painter with the same version.

If you have compatible versions you might try to unistal and then Install again.

- 1024x768 with 32 bits, 16 bits and with 256 colours

- 800x600 with 32 bits, 16 bits and with 256 colours

but nothing changes...
