Error occured during the extraction

Hello friends...

When I tried to extract data for 0CRM_CIC_CTI in extract checker (RSA3) at CRM 5.0 side, I'm getting a message saying that error occured during the extraction.

more details :

The application program for the extraction of the data was called using update mode F. However, this is not supported by the InfoSource.

Does it have any authorization problem in Info Source level?

can you plz suggest me how to solve this...

      I am not sure (maybe not, else it should have supported 'full' as well).

      You should also look at txn CRM_CIC_CTI_LOAD if you have a CRM system available (I don't).
