Hi there,
I want to calculate a key figure using a key figure and an attribute from a dimension .. pretty easy
well the problem is that defining the calculated key figure (query designer) I get listed only the key figure and no attributes (with numeric types) are listed there. why? and how can I do to have this attribute on the list...
Thanks in advance
FedeX
Hi Fedex,
To be able to get an attribute ket figure, you need to create a formula variable (from the formula builder window). Here specify replacement path as the processing type and select the char and the attr value that you need to pull into the query.
There is also a How To document with details on this method.
Hope this helps...

Hi Fedex,
You must use Formula Variable, with Substitution with Attribute. You can create a formaula variable from: Right mouse click on KF tree in column --> New Formula --> New Formula Variable.
