Every time a user selects items from a catalogue (either a Requisite catalog or punch-out), the items are transferred to the EBP shopping cart but soon after the system displays an information message :
"Source of supply reset. Assign a new one, if necessary"
Essentially, it looses track of the vendor number or maybe it never knew it in the first place though as it is a catalog item, it should have the vendor number.
This has suddenly gone wrong and no obvious changes have been made to the system with the exception of a Kernel patch update. This problem occurs for most catalogs but not all; a few are still working correctly.
Any suggestions are gratefully received.
