Problem with new BOR, instance and new WF

Hi all,

i created a new BOR and a new Workflow who is launch with CREATED event. I create event CREATED by using SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT but my problem is that the instance of my new BOR is not fill.

How can i do that ?
