Hi..

I am totally new to to SAP Paltform. I have a Web Application running in SAP Web AS, which has a Login Module. The Client wants to Access this module from the EP. I have created an URL Iview for the same. I dont know how to configure SSO. Basically i need an authentication done on the Portal and if the credentials are correct access the application without popping-up the Login Page of the application Again?

Could you kindly help me in this , please give me the steps to achieve it.

Thanks

Glen

    Hi,

The Enterprise Portal SSO mechanism is available in two variants depending on security requirements and the supported external applications:

    · SSO with SAP logon tickets

    · SSO with user ID and password

The following help links detail SSO,

    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/1c/22afe3b26011d5993800508b6b8b11/frameset.htm

Any LDAP Server can be used for UM configuration centrally with SSO enabled.
