    Hi,

    The std settings are usually;

    No. of Par. Proc. 100

    Min. No. Data Recs. 1

    Wait Time in Sec. 5

If you don't have them then enter the following and save them But as you said its terminating i would like to activate individual request and then check out what happens.

    Let us know..

    Hi,

Try activation one request each and check out. Also check with ST22 and let us know the error if any.

    Hi,

Error looks like a type conversion problem.

Was there any previous load activation succesful.

    Hi Neel,

If it is working for the other ODS activation then the tablespace issue can be ruled out.

You can find the tablespace in DB02.

Seems unlikely but you can still try this: You can try to remove the "Bex Reporting" option in your ODS and then try the activation.

    Bye

    Hi Neel,

It also looks for me as something related to conversion as Sachin K pointed out.

Please post here THE SELECT statement in your dump.

Look at the transfer rules. Do you have some routines there?

Look at infoobjects in the ODS. What type of conversions do they have?

    Best regards,

    Eugene

      Hi all,

Everything is fine with the ODS and infoobjects as well as the conversion exits.

when i tried to make a copy of this ODS and did the load it went fine....a strange error.

thanks for your excellent support and response.

      Hi all ,

i have closed the thread, as suggested by A.H.P.---in my mail...i have deactivate the update rules and then again activated the update rules....now the request is getting activated....but still i don't find any reason why this has happened....strange ...once again i thank each and everyone who worked on my thread....with their valuable inputs and time....

      thanks and regards

    Hi Neel,

The error you are facing is primarily due to tablespace issue. Ask your BASIS to extend the tablespace and then retry the activation.

      Hi Dinesh,

thanks for the info...but i how to figure out and tell them that this is related to table space issue, becoz basis people are asking how am i saying that this is table space issue.

and if this is a table space issue my other ods and infocubes are fine with, is this particularly related to this new ods only.

      thanks and regards
