how to identify between Forwarded work item and Normal work item?

Hi Good day,

how to identify between Forwarded work item and Normal work item?

Ex :

In my Config i have maintained myself as the main releaser of the PR.

Hear, i can release the PR or I can Forward to anther person who needs to release.

So when i run the TCODE : ME52N how to identify between Forwarded work item and Normal work item?

    Hello Jacob !

    To find whether a work item is forwarded, either you can check in workflow log or check if the field WI_FORW_BY in table SWWWIHEAD is populated with user id.

    If populated, that user is the one who forwarded the work item. If this field is blank, work item is not forwarded.

      Use the table SWW_WI2OBJ.

      Enter task id with which this method is associated in WI_RH_TASK field in the above table , "BO" in CATID field, maintain purchase requisition number in INSTID field, "BUS2009" in TYPEID field and collect the work item id in WI_ID field.

    The user receiving the workitem/approval can also see that it has been forwarded from the history. How it is flagged depends on the inbox used. In this case, My Inbox, you can see that Viola forwarded it to John before John forwarded it to the current recipient.
