SRM and the R&R Queue

Hi there,

I'm new to SRM, but I'm familiar with the CRM. But know my question is:

What about the R&R Queue in the SRM? Do we need it, or not. If yes, how can we activate it. There is the error message that we need an extra RFC User to activate the R&R Queue. But if I try to create the right one, the system shows the message, that this kind of user can only be created by the system itself!

Hi Stefan,

There is no queue to activate.

Once tehe replication parameters are set-up and you triggered the process, you will be able to check queues in SMQ1 and SMQ2 (ECC and SRM)

In my experience this queue will not be activated - you can replicate customizing, product categories, and services/materials with this setting.
