Plugin HTTPS in sm04 is not end

Hello. I'm configuring the ERMS script (creating incidents based on incoming emails) in Solution Manager 7.1 and faced this problem: When the user interface SM_CRM is started by one user, the interface is loaded and everything works. If another user starts this transaction, the interface is loaded for a very long time. Up to 10 minutes, and maybe not boot until the first user closes the transaction This note has been studied, 1866327 - CRM IC: Problems with application sessions (SM04) in CRM Interaction Center If the first user closes the transaction CRM_UI then the second user immediately starts the interface.

I have a copy of the system without a configured ERMS and there it works well
