Auto PO for services without a service master

How to create Auto PO for services without service master? Will using source list and value contract for material group or type to create auto po from ME59N create confusion for the user ? Ex: assign the outline agreement as the source for unnecessary service PR from same material group.

Source list is applicable only for material not for service.

There are lot of discussions exist for auto service purchase creation. You need to search it.
