Mail Trigger Problem in Charm

Hi all,

I am working in CHARM SOLMAN 7.1, my configuration is when the RFC got approved the mail should trigger to Requester.

So for action "Send Mail to Requester" in Schedule Condition i gave "To BE Approved" and

in Start Condition i gave "Approved", I am using Smart Form Mail for email action.

But the mail is not triggering when the RFC is approved.

Anyone please tell whether i missed any configuration.

Hi,

Can you attach a screen shot of the Start and the Schedule Condition for the Action you had defined in CRMC_ACTION_CONF?

Hi,

I suggest you to remove the start condition and just have schedule condition for this action. Just make sure that the action is active.
