Create date - plant data for material

Does anyone know if there is a way to find the date that plant data was first created for a material?

I need to know the date that the material/plant link was created.

There are two fields in table MARC called LFMON (current period) and LFGJA (Fiscal year of current period). Are these stored from creation?

Any help would be appreciated.
