RFC Error in SCOT / SBWP Trans

Hi,

We are getting RFC Error, while sending mail using SBWP/SCOT. Wondering, how to fix this issue.. also the investigation methods..

    Have you checked the conenction in SM59?

    Hi,

    1. Run SM59, Go to TCP/IP Connection, there should be SXC_IN and SXC_OUT. Test them if they are fine.

    2. Run SCOT, and see if there are anything under Col Error.

    3. Yo may need to check the Node data config.

    have your compnay has recently changed the ip address of the mail server/any firewall rules
