Error while downloading the file from the report

Hi Experts,

While downloading the file from the report to the excel (by List ---- Export ----Local file), we can able to download the file but the unit of measure is coming as “ ******* “ instead of “PC”.

While downloading the file from the report to the excel (by List ---- Export ----spread sheet ), we are not getting file extension as .xls. But we are getting as .XML. We are using windows 10 and SAP Release 740.

Kindly give your valuable inputs.

Is it only happening for UoM PC ? Are you getting any message during export process.

Instead of open the file by double click, try it by chhosing File - Open in excel. Read this OSS note 569537 - Incorrect data during import into Excel
