Organizational determination issue in Transaction


I did initial loading of customers and ran BUSP. So, the customers are created as BP with Sold to Party view with Sales area( sales org/dist chnl/division).

When I load R/3 Sales order to CRM, I could see that customer pricing procedure was not determined by the system. On analysis, I found that system looks for the customers with sales area of Sales org/dist channel only. It does not consider Division at all. While I create a dummy customer with Sales Org/Dist Chnl , it works perfect.

Org determination profile 000005 is assigned to the transaction. I have made Division as mandatory in that too. Even then, it doesn't work.

On further analysis, I found that in the maintained sales area listing in BP transaction, I dont see Tick mark on "Partner" column. I am not sure what I am missing here. I appreciate any help that will help me resolve this.

    This is becz u are using dummy division

    just go to spro-->Customer Relationship Management --> Master Data --> Organizational Management --> Division Settings --> Define Use of Division and Dummy Division

    now what u can do ??

    u can check header division active checkbox.

    In that case division will be visible in ur sales order and customer pricing procedure problem will be also resolved.

      It works ....Its a simple issue, not sure why I did not notice..anyway its working fine now. Thx for your help.
