Experts Advice Required

Hi All,

I am new to SAP CRM and currently pursuing a course for SAP CRM Functional. I would like to get the experts advice as to what areas of CRM should I focus on more. Also, what other SAP skills will be beneficial with SAP CRM Functional Skills.

I would appreciate if some one could advice on this. Also if possible would someone be able to send me some Functional related docs on inder_v@yahoo.com
