Starting Web Dispatcher

Dear Gurus,

I'm trying to start the Web Dispatcher using the command:

'sapwebdisp pf=<profile path>'

And I'm getting the message:

': SAP Web Dispatcher process 6048 still alive

: I better exit now to prevent any damage'

All the parameters are defined by SAP document and

icf_info and icman services are up.

How can I solve this issue?

It appears you are trying to start a process that is already active. What O/S are you running?

    Dear Roey,

have you checked the Taskmanager and searched for

    the PID 6048 ?

From the output of the tracefile we can see that

already a SAP Web Dispatcher was running ..

    Kind Regards

    Thomas
