There is a feature in SAP PM called Fleet objects. They can record data pertaining to equipment which are of the kind of vehicles. The best feature of the fleet objects is its ability to monitor fuel consumption. For this you will have to use maintenance plans based on counters. In other words the number of kms travelled and fuel consumed will have to be recorded. The fleet object configuration in SAP PM allows you to define how you wish to monitor fuel consumption.

    Hope you find this useful.

    thanks

    Bala
