Storage Location blank in 2LIS_03_UM, Please Help

For Inventory revaluation, the extractor 2LIS_03_UM is used but it brings blank storage location even storage location was mapped at LBWE level. Also read OSS note which take care of certain movement types where quantity is posted but not value. Also read white paper on this issue but it is bad for query performance. Tried to build generic extractor in MARD and MARDH but not very helpful. Is there any way I can extend the DataSource or other way to populate storage location with 2LIS_03_UM? Please advise.
