We have designed our own PO Smartform. Whatever doc we are attaching in SC for vendor is going in the email with PO. But when sending the PO by FAX or by Print media, the attachment is not coming.
In order to print and fax attachments from SRM, you will need to implement BAdI BBP_DOC_PRINTPROC in SRM as well as configuring the appropriate RFC connections to the Adobe Document Services (ADS) engine on the Java Stack.
