Netweaver AS ABAP appliance dev edition

Hi,

I'm unable to access the ABAP server. I can succesfully connect via SSH, but when I try to access via SAP Logon I get the WSAECONNREFUSED message. This has been going on for a few days now, is there any known problem? What can I do?

Thanks

  • Hi,

According to the logs the system was OK when it was initially provisioned. Also the instance is older than 3 months, so the temporary licenses have expired for sure.

    Good morning Stanimir:

Ah OK then. So now, what can I do? How can I renew the license?

The SAP provisioned doesn't have installed any product. Could be better create a new instance than renew the current license?

    Regards,

    Sergio

  • Hi,

Regarding renewing licenses, see a few replies above.

Regarding creating a new instance, this would be a valid option if you have nothing to loose with the old instance.

    Hello Marco,

Could you send the /var/log/appliance*.log files to cal.admin@sap.com to let the SAP CAL Team investigate the problem?

The fastest solution would be to terminate the instance and to create a new one.

    Best regards,

    Stanimir
