User can't find query in the Analyzer but he can access from RSRT

Dears,

One user has an issue while accessing the query.

He can open/access the query in RSRT and even from portal but he can't find the query in Analyzer.

I had opened the query on behalf of user using RSECADMIN tool but there everything is ok.

Can someone advise what can be the issue.

    This is actually role issue and identified associated role and assigned to user.
