I saw that Gopi is helping you in the other thread.
In order to insert the code Gopi posted you need to open the weokbook and click on Alt+F11.
Then click on "This Workbook" and paste the code in the editor and click save.
Then save the Excel file and close it.
Then open it and click on enable macros (if prompted).
It should run for you
I inserted the code in editor for workbook and close the editor, then i schedule the workbook with windows scheduler it did not connect to bw server , can u please specify the system number where i can find that in my system display if u can check urs and get me the steps to find the system number then i will try again to schedule and see if it connect to bw system
thanks

Hi Soniya,
Glad to know that you got the Windows Scheduler to work. I think I suggested that a couple of months ago. Sorry to see that you are still having problems, though.
See the other thread for suggestion on how to determine Server and System information.

Once you get the workbook to refresh, your next probem will be how to push the results. Here is a link that might help:
And, finally, when all is working, you will also want to log off. See if this link is helpful:
Good luck. I want to hear when you are successful!
