Which IDOC can be used to post Material classificaton

Hi , I have a small confusion.

I am trying to post material classification using inbound IDOC CLSMAS01,but unsucessful.

I want to know does the IDOC create a new material classfication if it does not exist, or does it only overwrite the existing material classification.

Hey,

The best way to upload classifications is to use transaction CLB2.

Trust me nothing is as user and developer friendly as this transaction

If you have to use IDocs use the message type CLASSIFICATION_CREATE.
