Structure in Business Blueprint

Hey,

At the moment I create a new project in the business blueprint (-> Solar01). The project should realise a knowledge management.

I want to build a structure with projects, and subfolders with phases of this projects (pre Sales, offer, ...). These subfolders should be equal in each new project which is set.

The subfolders should automatically created if somebody set a new project. Is this possible? If yes, how?

I hope sb. can help me...

Hi Susanne,

this is not possible in Solar01 since the structure is fix. The following workaround is possible:

You may use configuration structures of solar02. You can create an arbitrary number of levels in a configuration structure. Since it is possible to take-over configuration structure from a project to another one via F4 selection, you can build the configuration structure in one special project and then take-over the structure to any other project (manually).
