Make WI to be forwarded only to its agents - Gurus!

Anyone can help me ?

Can I set the dialog tasks, that I have some agents in a variable, so this WI can be only forwarded, on SBWP, ONLY to one of its possible agents?

I've already had tryied to set the task as:

'General forwarding not allowed'.

But it gives me a error,on SWEL, saying that can't find the agents.

Is it configurated correctly ?
