BO Universe Design Tool not respondig

I am having an issue with Universe Design Tool. When I try to save the universe the designer is not responding. I am able to design the universe and access to the database. The same problem happened when I try to import an universe or try to open one universe from my local directory.

The Universe Design Tools was working fine for a long time. I tried to resolve this by reinstaling the BO but no luck.

Can somebody can help me, please

    You might have a network problem or check if the ports are open required.

    Hi,

    Check (.LSI)in your local machine. Try to clean up and relaunch the UDT.

    C:\Users\<User account>\AppData\Roaming\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\lsi

    search for lsi file like <servername_cmsportno>.lsi. The servername and cms port will match with the one you pass on while logging into BO client tools.

    Rename lsi file as <servername_cmsportno>.lsi.old and relaunch the UDT.

    Also, check if Client and Server version are on same version and patch.

    Do you see any error?
