I have both Smartforms and Adobe Forms printing to a Zebra printer, my requirement is to change the font so that the 0’s and the 1’s do not look like o’s and l’s as they are used for manufacturing labels. ( they are not using barcodes for these labels ).
In the Smartforms, the Zebra printer instructions can be inserted and I was able to change the zeros to zeros with slashes in the middle by calling up the tag ^CI0, 157,48, ( not sure how to print the 1’s that do not look like l’s yet).
In the AdobeForms, there are no places to insert the zebra specific print instructions that I know of – so my questions are;
2. How to change the fonts using print instructions in smartforms to a downloaded font i.e. andale Mono. – Do I need to install the fonts on the printer flash drive? Or do I use the ‘downloadable font’ somehow? I am following the note:1750398 - Zebra printout with custom font - which I think should solve the problem with smartforms but not ADOBE forms.
3. I printed out the available fonts on the printer and I got bunch of codes such as Z:H24.FNT, how do I find out what fonts they are ?
The printer model I am using is ZTC 105SL-300dp. ZBR3656183

If it is not possible to use custom font on ZEBRA printer in Adobe forms, please check:
