IAC and Transaction Iviews

Hi

I have a requirement where I have to host a Transaction on the Portal. We have enabled the Integrated ITS. We are running on EP6.0 and ECC 5.0

One option would be to create an Internet Service for this transaction in SICF and use it in an IAC Iview. Other way would be to use a Transaction Iview(HTML Based). Can anyone justify me which method is better.
