Crystal reports ask for password while preview documents in SAP

Dear Experts .

i have an issue in previewing documents inside SAP B1 9.2 PL06 For Hana

also i tried to access the Database from crystal reports it's give me an error ,, i check the drivers and everything ,, iam able to access the SYSTEM from crystal reports ,, but i can't access SAP database

Issue Resolved by restore system reports from support desk tab in SAP .
