Value Help

I have managed to successfully create a valuehelp, however when I deploy it it doesnt look liek I want it to, when I hit the drop down box it just diplays as a few words within no border around it, looks very bad, sumthing like this

RED

BLUE

WHITE

no border and over the rest of the screen, help please
